Agreed that (i) shall lease to (ii) mines of lead ore in a parcel of land called Coet Cae tan y skybor in Pen y Ball, township of Holywell.
Term: 21 years.
Rent: 25s. to Mostyn and to Ursula Townley, during the remainder of the term formerly granted her by Mostyn, 5s. per ton of lead ore, boose and smitham, and 30s. per ton (?thereafter).
