Scope and Content

(i) Edward Mostin of Tallacrey esq. and John Mostin his son and heir apparent.

(ii) Henry Foxe of Hurst co. Salop esq.

(iii) Sir Edward Foxe of Gwernygo co. Montgomery, Sir John Conwaie of Bodrythan [Bodrhyddan], Piramus Lloyd of Marringtonne co. Salop esq. Edward Foxe of Bockleton co. Salop gent., Robert Roberts of Nerquis gent., and Leonard Musgrave of Hurst co. Salop gent.

(i) covenant to convey to (iii) the capital messuage of Tallacrey [Talacre] with lands belonging, a water corn-mill in Gronant, land marsh and turbary called Gronant Moores, the warren called the Cuningrey and the lodge thereon, the capital messuage called Basingwerke of Greenfield, and other lands (specified) in co. Flint, (except several messuages in Gronant and Prestatin [Prestatyn] and a water corn-mill in Bighton in the occupation of Thomas Pennant, to hold to uses (specified).

Consideration: marriage of said John Moston and Anne Foxe daughter of (ii).
