Carbon copy of letter. Not necessary to carry on a correspondence about his work when they meet every week or fortnight. He has a line of operations in mind and expects it to be followed in the main. Two questions to be considered when he comes back, first what is the best mode of operation for their work in the Six Counties; second if he should differ from the executive on the first point could he heartily fall in with their proposals. But he has no feat of the results. He does not himself always agree with his Executive.
