Lease

John Taylor, late of Fulford, but now of Percy Street, Middx., esq., of the first part; Robert Carr of York, common brewer, of the second part.
A close (now divided into 2 closes), formerly enclosed from Fulford town-field, containing 6 acres 3 roods 25p., and now in the tenure of Robert Carr; John Taylor or his assigns retaining the right to plant young trees in the hedgerows of the premises.
A term of 7 years.
£21 per annum; £5 per acre to be paid for every acre ploughed up during the term.
