These daily report books contain daily and nightly medical reports on residents at the Wilberforce Home by members of staff and provide information about absences from the Home, the administration of medicines, when residents were washed, sleep and toileting patterns, and behaviour. They became known as daily occurrence books after 17 February 1991.
