Mines of lead ore, calk and calamine in a messuage in Skeifiog [Ysceifiog], co. Flint, called Gelly Fowler Tenement (reserving minerals in fields called Pant y Puduw, Cae Gwyn, Caer Garreg Llwyd, Caer Chwarrell and Caer Odyn, part of the said messuage; the minerals on these fields being formerly demised to John Salt of Betley, co. Stafford, esq., by Sir Edward Egerton, baronet, deceased).

Term: 21 years.

Royalty: £1.10s. per ton of lead ore, 15s. per ton of calk and calamine, and one sixth of all other minerals (various penalty royalties for concealing ore specified).
