Letter from W.R. Paterson to Venn Paterson. Beau Reveil, [Menton], 16 Jan. 1931.
Sorry to hear of death of Mrs Secor. Adcock among latest of friends to die; good critic and fine poet. Pathological interest probably hereditary. Canon Allison says he puts formidable questions to which no answer. Rereads Shakespeare, Leopardi and Ecclesiastes every year. Glad Gooch has protestred against fascism. Told Fyfe to sell Mowat shares.
