Edward Vansittart Neale (2 Apr 1810 – 16 Sept 1892) was an English barrister and an active member of the co-operative movement.

He founded the first co-operative store in London, and in 1851 created his own co-operative initiative, Central Co-operative Agency, though this scheme would fail. In 1863 he took an active part in the formation of the North of England Co-operative Wholesale Society, and in 1873 he became general secretary of the Co-operative Union.
