Henry Labouchere (15 Aug 1798 - 13 July 1869) was a British Whig and Liberal Party politician. He held key positions at various points in his career, most notably the President of the Board of Trade (1839-1841, 1847-1852) and the Secretary of State for the Colonies (1855-1858).
