He agrees with Voigt's proposed way of working from London. He wants to develop a 'pulpit' feature in the news columns for Voigt's notes on foreign affairs. He mentions Hoesch. He thinks the Nazis will be watching him (Hoesch) and reporting his activities to Rosenberg.
