This series contains files on each production staged by The London Contemporary Dance Theatre either as a performance or as a workshop.
Not all London Cntemporary Dance Theatre productions are covered. For some productions that continue to be performed files appear to have been transferred to other companies (for example the file on Arc may have been transferred to the Richard Alston Dance Company).
The files contain a range of information but consist mostly of technical stage management information , such as lighting and plots/cues and plans. Some files contain the stage management book for the production, this usually is only a few sheets of paper but sometimes it includes line-ups for fixed calls. Most of the surviving design material (excluding costume bibles) is located in these files. Some files contain information compiled by the Education department and may also contain press cuttings about the performance of the production.
The amount of material in each file varies. Some production files may consist of only one sheet while other productions may have several files.
The production files have been arranged alphabetically by the title of the production.
