Lease for one year by Henry Marsden of Wennington Hall, Lancashire, esq., and his wife Persida (sister and heir of Elizabeth Dolman, spinster), to Edward Peacock of Northrop [Northorpe], yeoman, of the manor of Bottesford, alias Bottesworth, the Little Hall there, and all other the messuages, cottages, hereditaments, etc. belonging or appertaining to the said Henry and Persida in the parish of Bottesford.
