Letter from Robert Owen to James Rigby

Scope and Content

In this manuscript letter Robert Owen mentions to James Rigby that he has not heard any news from him, and so assumes that there is nothing new to report from London.

He recounts to Rigby that he has heard from Mr McGowan of McGowan's Printers relaying the Illustrated London News says that the quality number of the three copies expire at number 655, however it is a mistake and by Owen's calculations the expiration is actually at 667.

He continues to say that he should be in London on Tuesday or Wednesday the following week and expects to find Rigby in good health.
