Administrative / Biographical History

Under the presidency of Leonard Stokes, the AA moved into No. 56 Great Marlboroug Street in 1891and embarked upon a systematised and more comprehensive 'New Scheme of Education'. Correspondingly, efforts were made to appeal for extra funds and the AA Subscription and Entrance fees were doubled.
