Agreement between Basil Dean (called "the Manager"), Franz Lederer (called "the Actor") and Edward Laurillard modifying the supplemental agreement made between them on 23 January 1932 (DEA/2/5/105), and permitting the Actor to accept an engagement with C.B. Cochran to perform in the interim period in a musical entitled The Cat and the Fiddle subject to certain specified conditions.
