EXAMINATION AND DEPOSITION: Emma Sills, spinster, Harriet Sills, spinster, both of Rating Row, and William Williams, police officer, all of parish Beaumaris, in the case v. Henry Jones, for breaking and entering and stealing monies the property of E.S. and H.S. Deponent E.S. states she keeps a drapery shop in Beaumaris and on opening the shop one morning saw the accused in the shop facing the counter. She dragged him into the kitchen and sent her sister (H.S.) to fetch the police. E.S. searched the money drawer finding some monies missing. Deponent W.W. states he was called to the house finding E.S. holding the accused in the kitchen. He then took the accused to the lock up house.
