Scope and Content

In this manuscript letter, Owen is asked if can he ascertain to which branch of the last Lord Lovat's family is Rev. [Thomas] Alexander Fraser descended, and what are Fraser's chances of obtaining the title [or Lord Lovat]. Morrison explains he is anxious to obtain this information as there is another person in America who believes his claim to be better.
