Scope and Content

One handwritten volume, which includes minutes of the Committee from 27 July 1904 to 11 April 1908. The volume includes newspaper cuttings on some of the meetings along with letters, and notes referred to in the meetings pasted onto pages. Subjects discussed include the running of the Co operative News and printing work done for other organisations, sales of newspapers and advertising, publicity, organisation of employees’ picnics and social events, news coverage of and attendance at co-operative events and correspondence with clients.
