Grant to Mary Wyles, wife of William Wyles of Waterbeach, and her heirs of lands in Waterbeach surrendered to her use by her mother Prudence Bancks, wife of William Bancks of Waterbeach, to whom they had been left by the will of her sister Grace Clarke, late customary tenant of the manor.
