Parties: (1) Jordan de Marthall, parson of St Peter's Church, Chester; (2) William de Schanynton and Mary, his wife.

Details: Settlement, by (1) to (2), of lands in Chester for life; with a remainder to the son of (2), John, in tail; with a remainder to his brother William in like manner; with a remainder to his brother Hugh in like manner; and with a remainder to (2) in tail.
