Correspondence of Derek Roberts respecting cycling matters, 1952-1999; a cigarette card album, c.1950; album of articles and cuttings mainly by or relating to H. W. Bartleet, 1904-1942; photographs of visits to Fort Dunlop by various groups of Southern and Home Counties riders, 1948-1960; correspondence files of the Fellowship of Cycling Old-Timers, 1966-1995; minutes of the National Association of Veteran-Cycle Clubs, 1960-1969; minutes of the Southern Veteran-Cycle Club (from 1987 the Veteran-Cycle Club), 1955-1990 and year book, 1994-1995. Six boxes of slides relating to the activities of the Southern Veteran-Cycle Club, 1957-1985.

Administrative / Biographical History

Records of Derek Roberts, founder member and honorary secretary/treasurer of the Fellowship of Cycling Old-Timers, 1965-1980, also honorary editor from 1965. He was a founder member of the Southern Veteran-Cycle Club, and held the offices of honorary secretary, 1955-60, honorary treasurer, 1955- 1963 (with gaps), honorary editor, 1955-76, Vice-President, 1960-61 and 1965-66, and President, 1961-62, 1966-67, and 1980-81. He is also an honorary member of the Cycle Engineers' Institute.
