Administrative / Biographical History

Cambridge University Rambling Club was founded in 1932. The club arranges weekend walks around the local countryside and regular social events. Since 1998 the society has taken part in an annual Varsity March, consisting of an eighty-one mile walk between Oxford and Cambridge, completed in under forty-eight hours.
