Wright Darley Papers

Scope and Content

Largely working notes by Wright, together with a large collection of photocopies of publications and a few manuscripts by or relating to Darley. Wright was working on a critical edition of selected poems by Darley for several years before his death.

Research materials on the poet George Darley (1795-1846), assembled by Keith Wright (1937-1973), poet and lecturer in English at the University of Strathclyde.


The arrangement preserves Keith Wright's own grouping of the material.
