B&W photographic print. 'The stone on the right has a hollow in which a skull may have been placed. The large monolith was errected in memory of a man and the smaller ones to commemorate the number of lovers he has had. In J.P. Mills' interpretation the monoliths symbolise the fertility which the man has given to the village.'
