The collection, 1929-1945, contains parliamentary registers (RG 1), proxy application forms and voting papers (RG 2), representatives permits (RG 3), copies of various Acts of Parliament on voting (RG 4 and RG 5), recruiting letter from the University of London Unionist Association (RG 6), papers concerning parliamentary elections (RG 7- 8 and RG15-16), correspondence concerning parliamentary elections and administration of the registration Office (RG 9, RG 20-22), papers concerning University Elections Conference, 1918, (RG 10), papers relating to electors in the parliamentary constituency of the University of London, 1920 (RG 11 and RG13), returns of election expenses (RG 12 and RG 23), canvassing literature for Dr. Ernest Graham-Little, 1929 (RG 14), registered post book, 1939 (RG 18), general guidelines, diary of proceedings and other papers concerning parliamentary elections, July 1945, (RG 19) and two rubber stamps, "Vote allowed" and Vote disallowed" (RG 24).
