Agreement, 3 Nov 1913; (i) Albert Daniel Morgan of Aelwyn, Penllergaer, colliery surveyor, Evan Rosser of Glasfryn Cottage, Penllergaer, colliery weigher and Thomas Mainwaring of Clive Cottage, Penllergaer, colliery clerk, with (ii) John Morrison Mulholland of 14, Cambrian Place, Swansea, secretary, on behalf of St Dewi Colliery Company Limited: (i) shall sell and (ii) shall purchase mineral rights and colliery now known as St David's Colliery together with bed, veins or seams of coal and other minerals situate in parish of Penderry together with fixed plant machinery and other fixtures thereon and also loose plant, machinery implements, trams appliances, stock materials of and in relation to business of colliery owners carried on by (i) under style of St David's Colliery Company, at price of £800, which shall be satisfied by payment of £200 in cash and allotment to (i) in equal proportions of 600 shares of £1 each in capital of Company, credited as fully paid
