Agreement, 22 Dec 1902; (i) The Great Western Railway Company, by Sir Joseph Loftus Wilkinson, their general manager and agent, with (ii) The Freystrop Colliery, Freystrop, near Haverfordwest: (i) will upon payment to them by (ii) of £357, estimated cost of necessary work, forthwith form, construct and lay down upon their railway and land near their Johnston station the junction and siding shewn upon plan hereto annexed and thereon coloured red, together with any works which engineer of (i) may think necessary in connection therewith and will complete same respectively with all reasonable despatch. (ii) shall forthwith at their own expense and to satisfaction in all respects of engineer construct and lay down in connection with and in continuation of said junction and siding coloured red, the sidings coloured blue on said plan. (ii) shall pay to (i) on 1 Jan in every year sum of £2 by way of rent for easement over their land upon which said junction, siding and works are to be constructed and laid down; Plan, scale: 40 feet to inch
