Lease for 37 years and half of another year wanting 10 days, rent of 6d per ton for every ton weight of limestone that shall during first 3 years to term be dug, wrought, raised or landed from or out of quarries of limestone hereby demised, rent of 5d per ton for every ton weight of limestone that shall during remainder of said term be dug, raised, wrought or landed as aforesaid.
