Agreement (duplicate), 21 Oct 1892; (i) The Great Western Railway Company by Henry Lambert, their general manager and agent, with (ii) Thomas Glasbrook, Isaac Thomas Glasbrook, John Glasbrook, David Mansell Glasbrook and Sydney Edward Glasbrook, all of Swansea, trading together in partnership as colliery proprietors under style or firm of Glasbrook Brothers: In consideration of (i) continuing to perform agreement dated 11 May 1883 entered into by (i) with John Glasbrook (since deceased) with reference to certain junctions, sidings and works near Morriston Station on Swansea and Clydach Section of Great Western Railway on their part and allowing (ii) to enjoy benefits and advantages thereof as fully as though they had been parties thereto of second part in place of said John Glasbrook, (ii) agree to be bound by and to perform said agreement as fully as though they had been parties thereto of second part and their names had been inserted in said agreement throughout in lieu of name of said John Glasbrook; Supplemental to agreement, 11 May 1883
