Declaration of trusts, 25 Mar 1812; Andrew Duncan the younger of city of Edinburg, esquire, MD, John Reginald Riddel of city of Edinburg, esquire and John Charles Collins of Swansea, MD: Andrew Duncan and John Reginald Riddel by direction of John Charles Collins hereby testify and declare that sum of £1,000 advanced by Andrew Duncan and John Reginald Riddel and secured on mortgage on estate at Swansea purchased by Dr Collins is part of sum of £3,400 in and by recited contract of marriage agreed to be paid by John Charles Collins and that Andrew Duncan and John Reginald Riddel, their executors, administrators and assigns shall henceforth stand possessed of and interested in said sum of £1,000 and interest thereof upon and for such trusts, intents and purposes for benefit of John Charles Collins and Elizabeth, his wife and their issue as, in and by recited contract of marriage said sum of £3,400 thereby agreed to be paid by John Charles Collins is now subject or liable to; Recites contract of marriage, 8 Jun 1808 and lease and appointment
