Loose bundle of papers, which have been kept together because most of them relate in some way to DW's WO research during the 1990s, in particular his research visits to the Harry Ransom Humanities Research Center at the University of Texas, Austin. They are in their original order, and include: extract (in an unidentified hand) from Frances Partridge's diary for 12 October 1964, relating to Harold Owen's book on his brother [Journey from obscurity]; lists of items consulted at the HRHRC, along with book request slips for use there; rough notes and jottings; a photocopied bibliography; administrative correspondence and papers relating to DW's receipt of a HRHRC Research Felllowship Award in 1994 and arrangements for his visit to the Center; papers relating to a talk DW gave there on 14 October 1994 entitled 'Wilfred Owen and the poetry of war'; and faxes sent by DW while he was based at the HRHRC in 1994. There is also: some correspondence relating to his unsuccessful application for an HRHRC fellowship in 1992, and a brief two-day visit he planned to pay the Center in September 1993; and a copy of the HRHRC published newsletter from Fall/Winter 1995.
