Dear Sir
You will see by the enclosed Bill the reason I did not attend to the Agreement yesterday afternoon. I have now sketched off my idea of the Contract between us & if it is correct you can hand it to your Attorney, as the basis of an Agreement between us, of which he will send me rough Draft to look over.
