Evans Roach and Co. is an estate agent based in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire. The firm accumulated sales catalogues and deeds relating to property in Pembrokeshire from the 18th to 20th centuries, and also papers of Lewis Davies (fl. 1818-1836), captain (RN), who served on HMS Sapphire, 1818, HM Sloop Rose, HMS Ariadne, 1827 and HMS Dido in 1836.
