Manuscript of the volume, in the form of original typescript preliminary pages and introduction by Hamburger, with Celan's poems in the form of photocopies and carbon typescript. The typescript has been marked up with instructions to the printer in black ink (in the hand of Michael Schmidt), red ink, blue ink and some further annotations added in pencil.
