Scope and Content

(i) John Lewis of Bangor-Is-y-Coed, co. Flint, fisherman.

(ii) William Johnson of same place, fisherman.

(iii) Charles Johnson of same place, fisherman.

(iv) William Poynton of same place, fisherman.

(v) James Johnson of same place, fisherman.

(vi) Harry Stant of same place, fisherman.

(vii) The Board of Conservators of the River Dee Fishery District.

Sale by (i), (ii), (iii), (iv), (v) and (vi) to (vii) of right, during (i) - (vi)'s lives, to use coracle or other nets in waters of River Dee and its tributaries in that part of the River Dee Fishery District which lies above weir at Chester for fishing salmon or other migratory fish. Covenants includes undertakings by (i) - (vi) not to make coracle or other nets, not to object to amendment of bye-laws regarding use of such nets, and to hand over such nets to (vii).

Considerarion: varying sums of money (specified) to each of (i) - (vi).

Receipts from (i) - (vi) to (vii) for the above consideration, appended.
