Administrative / Biographical History

Warwick and Leamington Constituency Labour Party was founded in 1919 as the Warwick and Leamington Divisional Labour Party. Though the constituency has changed in terms of its boundaries, the Warwick and Leamington Constituency Labour Party has continued its existence ever since. Until the mid 1950s, the Warwick and Leamington Constituency Labour Party formed the political section of the Leamington and Warwick Trades Council.
