Scope and Content

The memorandum looks at methods of taking evidence and incorporates comments by M Digby and Dr Jefferys. The memorandum is arranged under the headings; the reatil unit, retail buying methods and the wholesale units, and Co-operative productions. There is also attached an appendix.
