LETTER: Chas. Stuart Brooke, solicitor, Dysart Buildings, Nantwich to F. W. J. Massey, esq., Cornelyn, Beaumaris informing him that Mr W. F. E. Massey was going out with the Cheshire Yeomanry to South Africa and wished to borrow £300. The sender asks if the recipient and his sister would be willing to lend him the £300 in the bank there are 4% upon mortgage of a farm at Woolstanwood, near Crewe, part of the Pool Hall estate which was devised by the late Mr F. E. Massey to Mr W. F. E. Massey in fee.
