2. Rev. John Edmunds of Llangefny, co. Anglesey, son and heir of Richard Edmunds by Anne.

3. Humphrey Owen of Lasynys, co. Merioneth, gent. and Ellin Owen, spinster, his eldest dau.

SETTLEMENT made prior to the marriage of John Edmunds with Ellin Owen concerning lands called Tythyn William Ove. alias Pencraigucha, Kae Minffordd alias Kefen poeth, New Inne alias Ty Newydd and Bodgloffion pa. Llangefny township of Tregarnedd co. Anglesey Merddyn Gwyn, pa. Pentraeth, being the inheritance of Richard Edmunds co. Anglesey. Eskellog, Bodgadferch pa. Amlwch co. Anglesey, Gerlin pa. Llanvairfechan co. Carnarvon, purchased by John Edmunds father of Richard Edmunds in his lifetime and Tu mawr, Tu'nycoed, Fferem y llan, Ty yn y cae, Tythyn bach, Ceven y cae mawr and fferm y nant, pa. Tregaean being the lands settled on Anne Brisco at the time of her marriage with John Edmunds, and a field in Tregaean called Cae yr munydd.
