Llanfairmathavarn Eitha, township of Mathavern Eitha, co. Anglesey and Llaingam-ynghofn Bodewran pa. Llangadwalader alias Eglwysael co. Anglesey, which lands were the inheritance of Richard Edmunds. Also Tu mawr, Tu'n y coed, Fferem y Llan Cae Tal y meinir, Tu'n y Cae, Tythyn bach, Ceven y cae mawr and Fferem y nant, pa. Tregayan, co.
