Codicil to the will: T. P. Jones Parry of Madryn

Scope and Content

COPY CODICIL to the will of T. P. Jones Parry of Madryn, but now living in Bath, esq.. Since declaring his will he had bought or exchanged certain lands in pa. Llanbeblig, co. Carnarvon and property within the town of Carnarvon called Turf pits or Toll pits, and a piece of land adjoining Castle Ditch with a coach house erected thereon which are devised on trust to William Bulkeley Hughes of Plas Coch, co. Anglesey, Thomas Roberts of Hendre co. Caernarvon, clerk, to the same intents and purposes as declared in his will. He further exonerates his son Wm. Parry Yale from a sum of £600 owed to him. He bequeaths a sum of £800 to his daughter Sidney and £1000 to his son Thomas Parry Jones Parry. He would have given a similar sum to his other son John Parry Jones Parry had he not a prospect of enjoying the Plas yn Yale estate.
