FEEOFFMENT of the ground with the stables, store rooms, coach house, sheds, court yards, walls, the land called the Exchequer, dunghill and all buildings in Hole in the Wall Street in the town of Caernarvon, the extent of the said premises being 19 yds. 2 ft. in length and 8½ yds. in breadth together with a number of pew seats in Saint Mary's Chapel, the holders of which are named, in the town of Caernarvon.

Consideration: £395 to be used by the Corporation of Carnarvon for purchasing a house called Tan r hall and the site of an old building called the Town Hall situate respectively in Market St. and High St. C'fon from Wm. Wynne esq. and for defraying the expense of completing a new Market House.
