Fragment of a letter, one of a series about one 'Minnie' who has married for the second time one who 'hides the treasures of radicalism under the most conservative of exteriors and as a proof of his views has taken office under 'le gouvernement rouge de Jules Simon' (1814-1896) [In 1876 he was asked to form a Cabinet and held how own till May 3 1877. He never again held office. This dates the letter between 1876 and May 3 1877]. She augurs well for their future happiness. M. Ribot is the name of the happy mortal.
