Pallis writing from 116 Cheyne Walk, Chelsea. Glad to hear she is getting on and of course she has plenty of people up at Cambridge to help her. Not pleased with Stanley Morison's paper (an address to Westcott House, some sort of theological college) because of 'a really dreadful onslaught on the Cecils...this really shocked me'. She encloses copy of the post card she sent him. Mr Coulton is mentioned in his lecture. Her friend Hope Allen (see letter of 13 Oct) was a greatly shocked by him. Copy of post card to Stanley Morison: Having read his paper it seems to her that he disallows Divine Right as a principle. 'In your onslaught on the Cecils I thought I detected the accents of Mr. Coulton.'
