Notebook relating to several productions

Scope and Content

This notebook contains work relating to three productions from 2004 and 2005. Although predominantly focusing on the Philip Massinger's Believe What You Will (directed by Rourke), there are also notes on both A New Way to Please You by Thomas Middleton and William Rowley (directed by Sean Holmes) and Thomas More, attributed to Anthony Munday and William Shakespeare amongst others (directed by Robert Delamere). These were all Royal Shakespeare Company productions and were part of their Gunpowder Season. They played at the Swan Theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon throughout 2005 and later transferred to London where they played at Trafalgar Studios.

The notebook also includes notes on the Sheffield Theatres Programme for 2005-6, notes on the 24 Hour Plays and some personal notes.

Also included is a draft rehearsal schedule for A New Way to Please You and Thomas More.
