1) Thomas Smith of Oxford, gentleman and John Furnes of Oxford, cordwainer, (feoffees of St Aldates), and

2) William Maycock of London, gentleman.

A parcel of land, with buildings and appurtenances, abutting the Church House to the north, with the road to Broadgate and the almshouse of Christchurch to the south, the Queens Highway leading to the Southgate to the east and the churchyard to the west.

With modern annotations, stating that the premises were to the east end of the churchyard, abutting Church House to the north, and were later sold to the Oxford Paving Commissioners and pulled down
