Comprises of the minutes of meetings of the General Committee, 11 December 1851 - 8 January 1855; the Sub-Committee, 2 May 1853 - 26 July 1853; the Visiting Committee, 7 November 1853 - 8 January 1855; the Sub-Committee for Catalogue, 15 May, 1854 - 19 May 1854; the Sub-Committee for Conversazione, 15 May, 1854 - 26 June 1854.

The General Committee operated as the principal committee of the Museum during this period and had the power to establish sub-committees.
