On recto of single leaf (verso blank), text enclosed in a printed rectangular border decorated with pictures of cats, dogs, insects and flowers, crudely hand-coloured; possibly intended as a greetings card. Gilded initial letters of the first 11 lines form an acrostic on the recipient's name. Signed at end "W.J.". Possibly autograph.
