He sends family news, saying that his mother and Janet [sister] are both well. Robin and Stewart [brothers] are there and Aunt Pop [Marianne North] is staying nearby. Pop intends to send one or two of her paintings to the Academy. He says that they all hope that Lionel [brother] has done well in his exams [at Wellington College].
