Scope and Content

From Bristol to Martha Hall. Charles does not know where she is, but trusts that she is not travelling in these troubled times. The people do not seem to appreciate the dangerous times in which they live.

His love should be passed to Mrs Hutchins, and Mrs Boys. [Wesley Hall junior] is doing well, as is Sarah Wesley. In a postscript he asks that Martha request [William] Wright to pay her £2.10 on Lady Day.
